We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM VAT Support Assistant role in a London-based Accounting firm. Accounting, financial, VAT, and other tax services are being effectively provided to businesses by the organization. The CRM VAT Support Assistant's task is to address all customer queries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
• Skills in written correspondence and letter writing
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Highly numerate and comfortable in communicating both verbally and orally to internal stakeholders
• The capacity to collaborate effectively with the tax team and the rest of the finance department

• Training and supervising Customer Service Assistants and Reps
• Orientation and training of new staff
• Working with the team to continuously fulfill customer satisfaction goals
• Answering clients' inquiries and referring them to the right service for their requirements regularly
• Creating policies and processes for customer service
• Providing customers with ad hoc VAT guidance and managing liability problems
