We have an exciting opportunity for an Office and Accounts Assistant role in a Harlow based Food & Beverages company. The firm is a prominent Asian and Oriental foodstuff importer and wholesaler. The most suitable candidate will be multitasker with an eye for detail.
Job Requirements:
• Understanding of office management systems and processes is required
• Knowing how to use office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
• MS Office prowess is a must (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to communicate well in Mandarin and English (Written and spoken)
• Multi-tasking abilities and strong organisational skills
• High school diploma
