现因业务需要面向英国招聘留学精英, 成聘房产租赁顾问全职与兼职各1名在英国工作的员工如果工作能力突出,英国公司可以为其提供工作签证。
岗位职责:
1、 全面掌握房源信息,为客户提供接待、咨询等专业租赁服务并推荐合适房源;
2、 邀约陪同客户看房,促成房屋代理或租赁业务的成交.
3、 负责跟进客户及房屋租赁手续办理等服务工作;
4. 配合公司执行市场推广活动;
5、 协调和处理销售、租赁过程中出现的各类问题;
6、 负责客户资源的收集和公司房源的开发,并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系;
任职资格:
1、 欢迎本科或以上学历,专业不限,形象气质佳,口齿清楚;
2、 有良好的中英文口语表达能力和人际沟通能力;
3、 熟练操作Office Word、Excel等办公软件,具备良好的销售和服务意识;
4、 工作认真仔细 ,积极乐观,且有较强洞察力和应变能力;
5、 有团队精神和共赢意识,良好的执行能力和协调能力;
6、 踏实进取,能够承担1定的工作强度及压力,
7、 至少1年以上英国生活经验,签证有效期6个月以上;
8、 有英国驾照者优先;
9、 有房产租赁、销售经验者优先。

Maintenance Property Management Coordinator role at a small but growing sales and letting agency, Shoreditch, London
The company
We manage a large number of residential properties. You will be working with an enthusiastic and motivated team thriving on good customer service and feedback.
The role
You will be responsible for
· Responding to tenants queries, issues or problems raised without delay. This will be done by email and phone call.
· Planning the day to day maintenance and repairs tasks and allocating jobs to the maintenance team (contractors). All maintenance and repairs work need to be prioritized.
· Coordinating with contractors to get the works done.
· Liaising with our tenants and keeping them informed of progress until the problems are resolved is a very important part of the role.
· Managing relationships with contractors, ensuring that the work is being completed to the desired standard.
· Daily Follow up with contractors to ensure the work is being done on time.
· Confirming that the issues have been fixed with both contractors and tenants.
· Ensuring all required annual inspections and checks in/out properties are completed.
· Visiting sites may be required to ensure all works are completed to each tenant and the company’s satisfaction.
· You will also offer strong customer service across all of your work.
· Performing other adhoc tasks will be required.

· You will have experience within residential properties.
