A wooden product Import & Export and distribution company are currently recruiting 3 people:

 

*Job title: Online business development manager                          £20,00-25,000 plus

 Job description:
Coordinates Internet sales activities and works hand in hand with other departments within the organization; to set sales goals and ensures they are achieved apart from preparing sales forecasts. To help the company prepares the sales budget and ensures that the budget is adhered to and makes projections of Internet sales revenues; managing the company’s website to ensure that customer and sales efficiency is improved online; provide updated information online

Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), basic HTML or Web design skills is an added advantage especially in Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Access and Powerpoint is also necessary. good communication skills, be self-confident, have ability to work independently, be self-disciplined and have strong persuasive skills.

*Job title: European languages speaking customer service /sales supervisor                  £20,00-22,000 plus

 Job description:

Promote our products; To support the manager to finish the Sales Target; Become familiar with the role of distribution channel management; Assist the sales force; Responsible for maintaining the sales data base and delivering accurate and timely sales forecasts; Close commercial and technical support of our clients.

Good analytical skills and judgment and Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational skills and Self-sufficient and ability to multi-task • Positive can-do attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated • Proficient user of MS Office products • Language requirements: Very good written and spoken English, German/Dutch/French and Chinese advantage. • Sales/marketing, Finance and logistics knowledge and experience advantage.



 

*Job title: Office and Stock Administrator                        £15,500-£17,500

Job description:

Promote our products; Deal with all customer queries; Check stock availability and update the system; Process orders placed and Liaise with hauliers to arrange deliveries; Deal with any issues after sales ;Process all relevant documentation ,Raise invoices ;Create reports for management.

• Extremely customer-oriented, Action- and results-driven • Good analytical skills and judgment and Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational skills and Self-sufficient and ability to multi-task • Positive can-do attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated • Proficient user of MS Office products • Language requirements: Very good written and spoken English, and Chinese advantage. • Sales/marketing, Finance and logistics knowledge and experience advantage.
