Main Responsibilities:

·         Managing social media strategy and developing social media competitions and campaigns

·         Overseeing and maximising user engagement on the website and other digital platforms including mobile;

·         Working closely with cross-functional departments such as Brand Management and Sales to create appropriate and digital marketing solutions;

·         Positioning relevant influencers and bloggers to maximise our reach, building contacts with them;

·         Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to support the broader marketing objectives;

·         Providing advices on marketing activities with a view to maximising the opportunity for demand creation and lead generation;

·         Producing detailed assessments of on-going activity, including financial performance monitoring for maximum growth & ROI, analysing, evaluating and reporting on data;

·         Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, channels and strategies.

Key Requirements:

·         Fluent standard in English and Mandarin (Mandarin mother tongue preferred);

·         Basic written and verbal business communication skills;

·         Microsoft Office – Intermediate level ideal at least, particularly Excel and Powerpoint;

·         Strong acknowledge of digital marketing and offline marketing practices;

·         Experience working on website and social media content creation;

·         Experience of handling PPC advertising and retargeting;

·         Experience in web/mobile analytics tools.
