Main Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for online product launches and launch process. Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time

·         Building and maintaining relationship with clients, providing high-level customer service of e-commerce consultant

·         Supporting back-end teams for products launching, gathering product information from clients, creating selling points and delivering brand stories

·         Accountable for all admin tasks to be completed accurately and on time

·         Efficiently coordinating with the internal teams ,including e-commerce team, sales team, design team and logistics team

·         Supporting marketing team in working closely with the research function & digital analysis

·         Consulting and proposing China-entry business plan to clients stands on well-knowing about company structure, proficiently presenting solutions and successfully converting potential clients

·         Planning customized promotions and campaigns for particular clients, based on fully understanding of e-commerce background

Key Requirements:

·         Fluent in both English and Mandarin

·         Strong acknowledgment of e-commerce and marketing

·         Ability to understand and analyze data

·         Teamwork skills

·         Microsoft Office – Intermediate level ideal at least, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

·         Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

·         Keen and enthusiastic with Luxury especially Luxury Fashion
