Rent is £130 pw inclusive (bills includes: council tax, gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband) (only tv license not included). Deposit is £500 (will be refunded on the last day of the stay). The house benefits from a quiet, safe and lovely environment. There is a park in front of the house. The house is also in a very convenient location, nearby there are various banks and supermarkets, GPs, B&Q, Odeon, pounds shop, restaurants, bars, and weekend market etc.There are table, wardrobe and cabinet provided in your room.Shared facilities are kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washing machine, and back garden (easier for drying clothes). You will share the house with a friendly family of 4.
